Michele James has been practicing as a personal coach and mentor for five years, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She continues to invest in Continued Professional Development (CPD) regularly to maintain a high standard of proficiency.

Coaching can provide assistance with moving on in life, changing patterns of behaviour or achieving your aims, so helping you to become what you want to be.

Clients who have received coaching often feel that they have an increased energy and are more focused and motivated.
